While taking a walk alone in the woods may have a certain attraction when you need a little Me time, having someone to walk along beside you, enjoy the weather, point out sights you may not notice or just to simply to absorb the silence together can mean the difference between wanting to make that walk again or never giving it a second thought, ever.
Finding a tribe, a community, a home where like-minded people wait for you to join in with them can make the difference in success in your endeavors or failure. Other folks trying to make changes, who are also on a journey of discovery, recovery or simply wanting to tweak some aspects of life are going to lift you up, encourage you when you feel a little stuck and celebrate right along with you when you succeed. These are YOUR people. Keep them, cherish them, support them. They will help you on this walk and most likely most any other path you may choose to take!
